At-Home Breath Test for SIBO Detection

No longer is it necessary for your patients to travel to the office to be tested for SIBO.  The at-home hydrogen and methane breath test kit contains all of the materials necessary for patients to collect their own breath samples properly and conveniently in the comfort of their own home.  The test kit contains a complete list of instructions for both diet preparation the day before the test as well as step-by-step instructions on how to accurately collect breath samples.

The kit components are manufactured by Quintron Instrument Company, an established industry leader in breath testing. Sample collection tube septa are self-sealing, which eliminates the need for the patient to open and close a collection tube after a breath sample is provided.  The lactulose substrate mixes readily in 8-10 ounces of water for easy preparation and consumption.  The EasySampler Breath Collector is designed to allow accurate breath collection during normal expiration, avoiding the need to take a deep breath beforehand which might invalidate the breath sample.

Each kit contains a pre-paid shipping label for quick and easy return through any US Postal Service mail receptacle or through the US Post Office.  Results are reported to the ordering provider the same day the samples arrive at our facility.
