If you don’t have a provider and would like help determining if an at-home SIBO test is right for you, the doctors at Cascade Integrative Medicine can help.  They have treated hundreds of patients with SIBO and are up to date on the latest therapies and research.  Best of all, you don’t have to be local for an appointment.  However, you must reside in one of the following states: Washington, Montana, California, Oregon, or Arizona. Consultations can be held in the office or by telemedicine using secure, interactive video.  In either case, these consultations are billed to your insurance carrier.  If you are interested in a telemedicine consultation, please check with your insurance carrier first to determine if telemedicine services are covered by your insurance policy.

To schedule a telemedicine or in-office appointment with one of the providers below, call Cascade Integrative Medicine at (425) 391-5270 and select option 1, then option 1 again.  This will direct you to our scheduling department, and our staff will be happy to schedule an appointment for you.

If you already have a provider with prescriptive rights in your state, he or she can also order a SIBO test for you. Please contact your provider, and ask him or her to register with us through our website.  If your provider is already registered, your provider will determine if an at-home SIBO test is right for you.  If it is difficult for you to travel to your provider’s office, we also offer the option to drop-ship your at-home SIBO test kit directly to your home. Please note that we cannot ship your at-home SIBO test kit until we receive the laboratory requisition from your provider.
