REFUND ELIGIBILITY

REFUNDABLE ORDERS

Orders are eligible for a refund only if the At-Home SIBO Test Kit has not yet been shipped. Test kits will not ship without a valid order for a SIBO test from a licensed healthcare provider. To request a refund, please contact our customer support team immediately.

NON-REFUNDABLE ORDERS

All purchases become non-refundable once the order has been shipped. Once the test kit has been dispatched, we are unable to process any refunds.
